Cottage Star House Canon Details Bocchi the Rock! is slice-of-life anime about Hitori, a teenager with a serious anxiety disorder, learning to shred because becoming an international rock star seems like an easier way to make friends than just talking to people. Notable Traits She's extremely pink (both her hair and her clothes) and she has the tiniest little cowlick coming off the side of her head. 15 Second Summary Hitori, a child with extreme social anxiety, takes up the guitar in the hopes that being good at playing the guitar will somehow magically make her good at making friends. Somehow, it works. A stranger sees Hitori with a guitar and asks her to join Kessoku Band - a fledgling rock band of high schoolers. As time goes on and they play together, Hitori grows close with her bandmates and they begin to understand her more and more as a person. She finds herself with the friends she'd always wanted and slowly gets better at coping with her anxiety, as she and her friends pursue success in the Tokyo indie rock scene.
